Collection
Potential loss or damage to goods during despatch and savings in Postage can be made by collecting directly from our shop - there are five expressed conditions to collecting from our shop:

Returns

Personal Cheques are a major inconvenience and high risk to us, however, in order to provide a comprehensive service we will accept personal cheques but please note that they will take 10 clear working days to clear our system � please do not bid on any of our items if you intend to pay by personal cheque but are unwilling to allow a two week clearing period.

What's Wrong?
We invest a great deal of time, effort, and cost into creating some of the best photographic coin images on the internet. We strongly object when lazy and dishonest people decide to use them without a by your leave or thanks, doing so in competition with us.
Copyright theft is dishonest. We recommend you avoid doing business with dishonest dealers.
When eBay vendors use photographs of near mint condition coins, this may mislead potential buyers into believing that the coins shown are the vendors own photographs of the actual coins for sale. This may be deliberate in which case it is fraudulent, or it may be though ignorance and stupidity. It may be all these factors, and laziness also.
eBay knows it happens, but take very little action about it.

Third Time Lucky?
After we reported this idiot ehappydragonz for his first offence, and eBay removed his listing, he simply repeated the same item, with the same stolen photo. Naturally, we reported him a second time, and eBay removed his second listing.
Soon after, he tried a third time, and we will be reporting his third attempt soon.
We wonder how many times eBay will permit him to try before they take any stronger action?

Price
The seller was asking a starting price of �180 for his item.
Whatever the item "sold" for, after eBay's greedy 10% selling fees, and possible PayPal charges, the crook may have been much better off selling the coins to us, instead of stealing our photographs.

This eBayer, ehappydragonz states that collecting your purchases can be an inconvenience to their workflow, and personal cheques are a major inconvenience!
Really, the hard life some people have!
The poor dears probably do not have bank account, or perhaps they are concerned that HM Customs & Revenue get to know too much about their business.

Unbelievably Stupid Pillock
eBay ended his first listing, and informed him it was for copyright abuse.
The idiot relisted his item again; we will report it again, and eBay will remove it again.
If he repeats this often enough, eBay will close his account, but only after suspending him, and requiring to take an IP rights course, which most 5 year olds could take and pass.
