We think this clearly shows that high eBay feedback is not a reliable indication of honesty or intelligence.

What's Wrong?
Copyright theft is dishonest, and against eBay rules, although they do not police it unless pushed.
We also note that he has modified our photographs, possibly in a devious effort to disguise them.
Price
The seller was originally asking a BIN (Buy It Now) price of $449.99 Approximately 313.87.
This is rather expensive, as our asking price on the page from which philartitaly stole our images, is only 275 complete with box and certificate.
Repeat Offender
We often find eBay sellers are so stubborn or stupid that they just ignore the warnings, and relist their item(s), often immediately, without removing the pirated images, leading us to the firm opinion that eBay fail to take enough care or responsibility to educate or inform their users about proper behaviour.
In this case, philartitaly has relisted his item twice so far.
We also noticed that he had the same expensive offer, also using our images, on another website
delcampe.net, and intend to take action against his listings on that site, plus another free advert on our site.
eBay Guilty of Negligence or Complicity
We will report this example of copyright abuse using our standard Statutory Declaration via the eBay VeRO programme.
We look forward to taking legal action against eBay for their negligence and / or complicity if they fail to take down the offending material promptly.
Selling Gold Sovereigns & Other Coins on eBay
We point out that sellers may often get more money, for less effort, by selling to a specialised dealer, such as us, rather than via eBay.
