sydmoonmonkey Selling a 141 Gold Sovereigns on eBay
eBay seller sydmoonmonkey of BARNSLEY, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom, offered 141 Gold Sovereigns including 24 various dates of George VI for sale on eBay using our photo of a mint condition George V coin.
He also claimed to have 26 x Krugerrands for sale.
Copyright abuse is dishonest.
Since last week he appears to have acquired, or owned up to, 24 George VI sovereigns, which he omitted from his previous list of gold coins for sale.

What's Wrong?
Copyright theft is dishonest, and against eBay rules, although they do not police it unless pushed.
Anybody buying this coin is likely to be annoyed at disappointed at not receiving a mint condition coins as shown in our photograph.

Fraudster?
...or just stupid?

Price
This week the seller was asking a starting price of �49.99.
This is a dumb price. either start it at �0.99 or at a realistic price. It is pointless starting it at a stupid amount like this.
It is likely that he would have got more by selling to us even especially when eBay's 10% selling fees are taken into account. PayPal fees cost extra.

eBay Guilty of Negligence or Complicity
We will report this example of copyright abuse using our standard Statutory Declaration via the eBay VeRO programme.
We look forward to taking legal action against eBay for their negligence and / or complicity if they fail to take down the offending material promptly.

Also 26 Krugerrands
The thieving b*****d also alleged he had 26 Krugerrands to sell, and used our photographs.
If our guess is correct that sydmoonmonkey is a fraudster, then this is a �50,000 attempted fraud!
